Contaminated items that would release blood or other potentially infectious materials in a liquid or semi-liquid state if compressed
To prevent unauthorized access to hazardous materials including Regulated Medical Wastes:
Medical wastes ready for shipment should be kept in a locked storage area or under the physical control of a person
Waste shipments must be through contractor specified under contract with UT-System
Transferred to known contractor on scheduled dates
